Thank you for choosing St Matthew to host your event.  Before submitting your request, please review our Facility Use Guidelines. You will be required to agree to the terms outlined to complete your request.

To request the use of St Matthew facilities, please complete the online form below. (If you would like to print a paper copy of the form to fill out and return to the church office, please click here.)  If there is a conflict with your request, we will do our best to provide you with an agreeable alternative.

Wedding reservations are the exception to our online reservation form use. Please contact the St. Matthew office where initial questions can be answered. The wedding booklet will be supplied upon ceremony and/or reception scheduling. Contact the church office 616-942-9091.

Non-ministry requests are subject to room rental fees. Fee structure will be provided upon receipt of your request.

Facility availability can be viewed on our calendar prior to submitting requests by clicking on the calendar tab below.

Organizations outside of St Matthew will need to provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to use.
