RESTORE Class: Parenting With Purpose and Identity

This 4-week class during the Sunday School hour is geared towards parents of children 0–18. We are living in a cultural moment marked by anxiety, over-parenting, information overload, and rising fear around child outcome. Before we were even parents, we were baptized children of God. So how can we help our parenting flow from identity, not performance? We’ll learn our parenting styles, why faith-based (not fear-based) parenting is best, and how to stop with the modern parenting expectations that are out of control.
