    ZIN – Zumba Instructor Network
    LesMills International

    I worked at East Hills Athletic Club for 25 years
    Currently work at Mary Free Bed YMCA (6 years)

    With every class, I hope to bring an element of both fitness and fun so that each participant feels successful in meeting their personal fitness needs in a safe and nonjudgemental environment. I hope you will stop in and let music and movement lighten the load of your day and bring joy to your soul!

Experienced and Certified Instructor offering a group fitness experience in a safe and comfortable environment.

Tuesdays from 9-9:50 AM: Zumba, and 9:55-10:40 AM: Pure Poses Yoga/Stretch

All classes are FREE of charge.
There is an opportunity to give a free will offering that goes to the church for the use of the building.

Zumba: The Latin inspired dance exercise party! Zumba is a huge and successful program that has reached around the world bringing fun and fitness together. No experience necessary!

Pure Poses: Using breath exercises with Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates-inspired movements to provide strength, balance, deep stretches, and toning to the entire body.

There is no nursery provided. If you wish to participate and need to bring your child, they are welcome to sit along the perimeter of the room.
