If you’d like to have an announcement included in the bulletin or a slide made for the announcement loop before and after worship, please complete the form below. If you have specific files that you would like included (pictures, logos, etc.) please email them to email@example.com. Not all requests can be granted and announcements will be prioritized according to our communication strategy.
Things to Consider
- Please keep in mind that announcement slides are only displayed for FIFTEEN seconds. Having several lines of information is not recommended.
- Please keep announcements brief and make sure you include WHO its for, WHAT it is, WHY it matters to them, WHEN it is, WHERE it’s happening, and HOW people should respond. When necessary, more detailed information can be included on the website.
- For announcement slides, please allow TWO WEEKS lead time.
- Announcements may be edited for clarity and conciseness before printing/publication.
